 アイリッシュダンス

アイルランド発祥の伝統的なダンスで、素早く華麗なステップが特徴です。大きく分けてソロダンスとグループダンスがあり、特にソロダンスは足の動きが速く、上半身をほとんど動かさないスタイルが特徴的です。
This traditional dance originated in Ireland and is characterized by quick and brilliant steps. There are two main types of dance: solo dance and group dance. The solo dance in particular is characterized by its fast foot movement and a style in which the upper body hardly moves at all.
 
 

主な種類

ソフトシューズダンス：バレエシューズのような軽い靴を履き、軽やかに跳ねるステップが多い。
ハードシューズダンス：タップダンスに似た靴を履き、力強いリズムを刻む。
Soft Shoes Dance: Wearing light shoes similar to ballet shoes, with many light bouncing steps.
Hard Shoes Dance: Shoes similar to tap dance are worn, and strong rhythmic steps are performed.
 
 
 

代表的なダンス

ジグ（Jig）：6/8拍子や9/8拍子で跳ねるようなリズムが特徴。
リール（Reel）：4/4拍子で、素早いステップが魅力。
ホーンパイプ（Hornpipe）：ゆったりしたリズムで、力強いステップが際立つ。
Jig: 6/8 or 9/8 time with a bouncy rhythm.
Reel: 4/4 time with a quick step.
Hornpipe: A slow rhythm with a strong step that stands out.
